Ball Hockey: USA To Face Canada In Semis
Team USA will face Canada in the semi-finals of the International Street and Ball Hockey Federation Men’s Masters World Championships at the Pembroke Community Centre hockey rink today [November 14].
USA defeated Italy 2-1 in the quarter-finals, while Canada beat Haiti 5-0 yesterday.
In the other quarters, Bermuda, who finished third in group B with one win and two losses [one overtime defeat], lost to Portugal 4-1, while Canada Saskatchewan triumphed over Great Britain 11-0.
Portugal take on Canada Saskatchewan in the other semi-final.
Bermuda are set to face Great Britain in the Plate semi-final today, with Italy playing Haiti in the other game.
The finals day is tomorrow.
