Delta Sigma’s Delta NetFest Set For March 21st

The Bermuda Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc will host their annual Delta NetFest on Saturday, March 21, 2026, from 10:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Bernard Park.

A spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. is proud to invite members of the media and the wider community to attend the highly anticipated annual Delta NetFest, taking place on Saturday, March 21, 2026, from 10:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Bernard Park.

“Delta NetFest is a dynamic youth netball tournament designed to promote physical and mental wellness while showcasing the talent, teamwork, and leadership of Bermuda’s young athletes. The event will feature exciting matches across three age divisions, under 11, under 14, and under 18, with teams including Dandy Stars, North Village, Phoenix, and Storm competing throughout the day.

“Rooted in Delta Sigma Theta Sorority’s commitment to community service and health advocacy, Delta NetFest aims to encourage lifelong healthy habits among young people. Netball offers a powerful platform to build confidence, enhance coordination, refine decision-making skills, and promote teamwork all while cultivating a passion for physical activity.

“The day will begin with an Opening Ceremony at 10:45 a.m., followed by a full schedule of matches, culminating in award ceremonies that recognize outstanding teams and individual players, including the tournament MVPs.

“Attendees can also enjoy a vibrant, family-friendly atmosphere with local vendors on site.

“The Bermuda Alumnae Chapter extends sincere gratitude to its sponsors and supporters whose contributions make this event possible.
