Photos & Results: Netball Summer League

The Bermuda Netball Association’s Summer League season continued at Bernards Park with another triple header that produced 116 goals.

The B.U.T Teachers defeated the BHB Angels 28 – 12, the Teachers got 17 goals from Sonja Townsend, Diara Benjamin added 8 goals and Zindzi Swan scored 3 goals, Charlene Gomez scored 11 goals for the BHB Angels and Stacey O’Brien scored once.

The Storm defeated the Swallows 25 – 14, Zekiah Lewis led the Storm to victory with 10 goals, Kaamilah Nasir added 8 goals, while Selah Tuzo chipped in with 4 goals, Ramaiah Brangman scored twice and Jade Johnston scored once, both Kelli Nusum and Diane Moore scored 7 goals each for the Swallows.

The BAC Women in Blue defeated PHC 23 – 14. Kirstin Saltis scored 13 goals for the BAC Women in Blue, while Darrika Simons added 10 goals, while Vernicka Symonds scored 8 goals for PHC and Tyra Lyn Simmons added 6 goals.
