Court: Man Denies Sexual Assault Charges

A 25-year-old man was charged with two counts of sexual assault.
The man, who cannot be named at this stage for legal reasons, denied both charges which allegedly occurred in July of this year.
He pleaded not guilty to grabbing a woman, and also denied exposing himself to the same woman on the next day.
He was granted $3,000 bail with a like surety and to have no contact with the complainant.
His next court appearance is scheduled for October.
