Video: Marine Police Assist Fishing Boat
This morning (Dec 1) the fishing boat No Man’s Land, with three people aboard, was located a few miles off of St. George’s, when the crew made a distress call after the boat began rapidly filling with water.
The Bermuda Maritime Operations Center received the call on Channel 16 at approximately 10:20am from a local fishing saying their boat was rapidly filling with water a few miles off Town Cut. In addition, the boat was experiencing engine trouble.

Following assistance by the Marine Police including a pump to bail out the boat, they managed to get into the harbour under their own power, while under the watchful eye of the Marine Police. The passengers all arrived safe and sound, and the fishing boat was then taken out of water at Meyers Slip, and the boat`s fault has been found.
Probabley a leak/break in exaust……………..happens.
