Berkeley Wins Capital G 2011 ‘Youth Give’
The Berkeley Institute and their partner charity The Chewstick Foundation won Capital G’s 2011 Youth Give Initiative. The Berkeley team competed against two other school teams to win a total of $12,500, of which $10,000 is to be donated to their partner charity while the remaining 2,500 can be used for any school initiative of the team’s choosing. Assured Guaranty Hired Lobbyist
Bermuda bond insurer Assured Guaranty Municipal, which backed the debt driving Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, into insolvency, hired a lobbying firm to help prevent the cash-strapped US city declaring bankruptcy.
