Photos & Results: “You Go Girl” Relay Race
Sunday morning [June 16], saw the “You Go Girl” relay races take place, which helped to raise funds for the Women’s Resource Charity.
The Relay is an all female event which features teams of three, and this year around 60 teams participated. In addition runners could donate to pick “One Lucky Guy” who had to run the whole 6k chased by the women, and Steven Dunkley was picked as that lucky guy.

The race commenced from the Clock Tower building and headed out of the Dockyard, with a turn around back in and through the back roads of the Dockyard. Some runners were wearing various costumes and accessories including mouse ears, rainbow tutus, bright wigs, grass skirts, wedding veils and much more.
The “Will Run For Wine” team that was made up of last year’s May 24th champion Ashley Estwanik, this year’s May 24th champion Rose-Anna Hoey and Laura Wright clocked a time of 22:15 to win the Open Division. The full results, courtesy of Bermuda Timing, are here [PDF].
