Court: Man Denies Sending Menacing Message
Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [Sept 20], a 26-year-old man sending a menacing phone message to a female earlier this year.
Mikhail Butterfield denied a single charge of sending a menacing phone message in May 2016.
The charge set out that he had told the female recipient “If I can’t have you, I’ll motherf****** kill you. Remember you belong to me bi***.”
Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo set trial for October and granted bail at $2,000.
