Cricket: BCB Weekend Top Performers Stats
Following the first round of the Eastern County and the fourth round of Premier and First Division cricket action over the weekend, today we take a look at the top performers.
In the batting department, Macai Simmons playing as a guest player for the St. David’s Cricket Club in the Eastern County Cup was the weekend top scorer with 92, against Flatts Victoria, Chris Douglas another guest player for the St. David’s Cricket Club had the second-highest knock of the weekend scoring 82 against Flatt’s Victoria, and Malachi Jones from the Southampton Rangers scored 81 against Willow Cuts in their Premier Division T20 match.
With figures of 5-0-10-4, resulted in Brian Hall from St. David’s Cricket Club the top bowler of the weekend, Detroy Smith from the St. George’s Cricket Club finished with the second-best figures of 4-1-17-3, and Rodney Trott from Bailey’s Bay returned figures of 4-0-18-3.
