Sakari Famous Wins LSU Tiger High Jump
Sakari Famous — who competes for McNeese University, — won the high jump title at the LSU Purple Tiger meet, extending her indoor winning streak to five meets.
“Sakari Famous, the reigning SLC indoor champion in the women’s high jump, captured defended her LSU Purple Tiger title with the win for the second straight year after clearing 5-foot-8. She extended her indoor streak to five straight meets in winning the high jump title,” the University said.
