Author Clara Fay Wins Three Literary Awards

Author Clara Fay’s debut novel, Mark of a Crescent Moon, has earned rave reviews from critics and won three literary awards.
The novel, described as a “compelling tale of intrigue, destiny, and the surprising intersection of an artistic and spiritual journey” is available at the The Bookmart, Bermuda Bookstore in Hamilton, and Amazon.
Her novel won the silver medal in the Fiction, Fantasy, General category at the recent Reader’s Favourite Book Reviews And Award Contest.
Ms Fay, who recently retired from a 30-year career at Bacardi Limited, will hold a book signing event at the Bookmart in Brown & Co in Hamilton from noon to 3 pm on Friday [December 8].
In her novel, Ms Fay captures the mystical atmosphere of the Scottish Hebrides, where she has travelled extensively.
David Arthur, of Goodreads wrote, “Mark of a Crescent Moon is a gorgeous debut from author Clara Fay. A blend of fantasy and historical fiction, Fay’s tight command of prose and character development elevates this book from your standard genre fiction fare.”
