Phillips & Arizona Advance In Pac-12 Tournament
Daniel Phillips and his fourth seed and no. 23 Arizona State men’s tennis teammates defeated fifth-seeded and no. 58-ranked California 4 – 1 in the first round of the Pac-12 Tournament.
The team advances to face the winner of the Stanford/Washington at Libbey Park in Ojai, California.
Phillips played in the doubles, he teamed up with Nicola Cigna in the number 3 spot, they were defeated 6-1 to Qian Sun, and Carl Emil Overbeck.
