Jasmine Spence Scores For Newport Pagnell
Bermudian footballer Jasmine Spence continued her fine form after scoring in Newport Pagnell Town Women’s 3-2 defeat at home to Thrapston Town Ladies in the East Midlands Women’s Regional League yesterday [September 29].
Spence, who netted a hat-trick in a 5-2 win against Ashridge Park in the second qualifying round of the Adobe Women’s FA Cup last weekend, opened the scoring against Thrapson in the 27th minute.
Courtney Briggs doubled their lead in the 40th minute before Thrapston scored three second-half goals through Emily Slough with a brace and Amelia Boddington.
Newport Pagnell Town Women are seventh in the table.
