The Bermuda Football Association’s [BFA] Under-23 Summer League Knock-Out Cup semi-finals saw Dandy Town Hornets and FC Bascome win.

The opening semi-final saw the Dandy Town Hornets edge Somerset Trojans 3-2 in a dramatic finish. Tajahri Rogers opened the scoring for Dandy Town in the 34th minute, but Somerset responded just before halftime with an equalizer from Rio Russell in the 44th.

In the second half, Enrique Swan restored the Hornets’ lead in the 60th minute. Somerset pulled level again through Tai Cariah in the 81st, but Swan struck once more in the sixth minute of stoppage time to send Dandy Town into the final.

PHC Zebras 3 FC Bascome 4

The second semi-final featured even more goals as FC Bascome secured a 4-3 victory over PHC Zebras. Hunter Outerbridge gave FC Bascome the early lead in the 9th minute, with Harlem Bean-Fox equalizing for PHC in the 14th. Ben Osset made it 2-1 to Bascome in the 35th minute, and Desmond Crockwell Jr. added a third in the 59th.

PHC battled back, with Bean-Fox scoring again in the 63rd and Zakiyah Lee leveling the match in the 70th. However, Christian Piney netted the decisive goal in the 77th minute, securing FC Bascome’s place in the final.
