Man Fined $1,000 For Marijuana Possession
Thirty-nine year-old Darin Hewey was fined $1,000 for possession of 6.8 grams of marijuana in Magistrates Court this morning [Sept.16]. Mr Hewey had pleaded guilty and the DPP’s evidence was that he had been stopped on 28th May 2011 on King Street in Hamilton during a special Police stop-n-search operation.
