Teresa Perozzi Loses In Germany

tereza perrozi bermuda boxerFlash report: Bermuda’s top female boxer Teresa Perozzi has just fought a hard match against Christina Hammer, and went down on a point decision this evening (Oct 23).

The fight, which was for the vacant WBO Female Middleweight Title, took place in the Erdgas Arena, Riesa, Sachsen, Germany.

Ms Hammer, of Germany, went into the fight undefeated, and Ms Perozzi`s professional record now stands at 7 wins, 4 losses, 1 draw.

The best female boxer in Bermuda’s history, Ms Perrozzi is a former WIBC and NABC middleweight boxing champion who has been ranked as high as 5th in the world.

Her most recent fight was held in Bermuda on July 24th, which saw her win over American fighter Cimberly Harris by unanimous decision.
