A total of 269 points were scored as the CellOne Island Basketball League recently continued inside the Somersfield Academy Gymnasium with a Men’s Double-Header.
The Thunder Cats lost their first game of the season to the Crossfire Ballers by a score of 78-62. Dean Jones scored a league high and season high 36 points for the Crossfire Ballers, while the Thunder Cats were led by Jason Lowe with 29 points.

The nightcap saw the Flyboys’ record a 69-60 win over the Sky Force. Rashon Tankard was the top scorer with a game high 27 points for the Flyboys, while Corey Vance and Ryan Walker both scored 15 points each for the Sky Force.
