Warwick Academy Get Up Get Down N Get Funky
Warwick Academy is getting set to present “Get Up Get Down n Get Funky” on Saturday, February 23rd.
The event poster says, “Dine to the music of the Warwick Academy Jazz Band and then party the night away with the Wall Street Band.”
A spokesperson said, “Come and enjoy a wide selection of music from Jazz to R&B, Rock to Reggae. If you like swinging to jazz standards like Killer Joe and Cantaloupe Island, swaying to Aretha Franklin’s anthem Natural Woman, or raising your hands to the chorus of the Prince hit Purple Rain, this is a night you don’t want to miss.
