  1. Eastern says:

I hope these two persons recover from their injuries.

It always amazes me how people can receive such severe injuries that cause them to be classed in critical condition while only doing 35 kph

    • Truth Seeker says:

Eastern u are an idiot…your comment shows how’s stupid u really are. Get a life and stop trying to be sarcastic it’s not a good look…….

      • ABM says:

Was that really necessary…………..only because it makes you sound just like Eastern.

      • Eastern says:

Of course I’m being sarcastic and I’m not “trying” to be sarcastic. Everyone needs to slow down.

You don’t know me so how can you call me an idiot or stupid. I was intentionally sarcastic for a very good reason. Please slow down Bermuda, please!!!!

@ Truth Seeker – please, do you not agree that everyone needs to slow down?
        Obviously you missed my point.

        • Whistling Frog says:

@ Eastern: You don’t know how these accidents accrued. Straiten up and fly right with your dumb azz comments… If you look at one of the pictures the road appears to be wet. There could have been oil on the road…

          • Eastern says:

Allthe more reason to slow down.

I can see there being oil on the road, but in two separate accidents. Come on. I wasn’t born yesterday.

  2. rob says:

  4. TK says:

This is nuts. I always wonder where people are in such a rush to go. Not to jump to conclusions, but still. even when i see riders as i am driving everyone is cutting corners and overtaking on corners. and then we wonder why there are so many accidents. slow down Bermuda

  5. take says:

  7. BINGO says:

I agree with the comments of Take, Worker and Nok. Have thought of that every time I hear of an accident like this.

Wishng the riders a speedy and fully recovery.

  8. De Boss says:

    So Take,

You believe that everytime a black is involved in an accident, it was caused because another balck person was chasing him? is that what you are infering. If so, that is bs.

There are a myriad of possible causes, speed, alcohol, not paying attention even a vehicle defect. I don’t know, just putting other possibles causes, other then just being chased.

Our thoughts and prayers should be with those individuals, their families and the medical staff trying to mend them. Let’s have serious conversation on this site, not trash ‘just for the sake of talking trash’.

  9. da plumber says:

I drive between 40 and 45 kph. I am cursed at, shouted at, given the finger etc.on a daily basis. Why are we in such a hurry?

  10. CRAZY RIDER says:

I have been up and down this peice of road many times at a brisk speed and as you reach the bottom the layout of the road will cause your bike to bottom out and twist the frame and cause the bike to buck and cause the bike to do things that will make the average rider to loss control it is like many other peices of road in bermuda they cause a reaction that is dangerous when going just slightly over the speed limit couple that with other factors as wet roads on coming traffic being a little tipsy or poor bike handling skills you have a accident waiting to happen —–poor road combined with not enough bike handling knowledge is the cause of a lot of mishaps
