Now if the government and the civil serice can just get out of the way and allow jobs to be created there will be jobs available for people:

    Too much regulation
    Too much taxes
    Too many forms
Too much government competing with private enterprise
Too many government departments to report to

Leah, step 2 is to teach how to look when you deliver your resume…. We had someone drop one off a few weeks ago… in rollers and pajama pants….

NOT the way to get a job!!

    • Ladybug says:

I agree and was going to say this myself – you need to also speak to them on what to wear. If you have ever been to a career fair – for instance the one they have at Hamilton Princess… some just don’t seem to have a clue!

It is also an imperative part of a job application – what you look like when you present your resume. The company and/or business need to know/must know that you know how to present yourself and their image!

Please think about adding that into this workshop – not doing that, is like the yin with out the yang!
