Video: Sunday Feb 25th ‘Good News’ Spotlight
News that Jah-Nhai Perinchief broke the Bermuda indoor high jump record, Paget Primary transformed their classrooms into black history museums, and Bermuda swimmers won three medals at the Eastern Interscholastic Swimming & Diving Championships in Pennsylvania were all some of the positive news stories from the past week.
In additional good news, Erica Hawley won a CAC Regional silver medal at the Bridgetown Sprint Triathlon American Cup and Central American and Caribbean Championship in Barbados, while Dr. Constance Ridley Smith won the Chair Academy’s Idahlynn Karre Exemplary Leadership Award in the United States.
We also posted various community photo galleries, including coverage of Bermuda harness pony racing, the seventh race in the Furniture Walk Mountain Bike Race Series, Paget Primary’s black history museums, a BNAA track and field meet, the Pink Robins taking on the Budgies in Bermuda Hockey Federation action, Girlguiding Bermuda’s Thinking Day, and the Annual P.A.L.S. Charity Walk.
