CG Providing Covid Visitor Insurance In Bahamas
CG Atlantic Medical & Life, a Bahamas-based company within the Bermuda-based Coralisle Group Ltd., will be working with The Bahamas Government to “provide its overseas visitors with Covid-19 safe-travel insurance protection.”
A spokesperson said, “Beginning November 14, CG Atlantic’s COVID-19 health insurance program will enable tourists to visit the islands of The Bahamas confident that they have comprehensive insurance protection.
“CG Atlantic was selected by The Bahamas Government in October to provide mandatory insurance protection for its tourists. The company has since worked closely with The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism to customize solutions that meet the needs of visitors, including coverage for on-island medical expenses, medical evacuations, vacation interruption due to quarantine requirements, and repatriation.
“Visitors can access the insurance program at The Bahamas Tourism website.
“The health and well-being of our clients, their loved ones and the people they work with are integral to the business mission of the Coralisle Group of companies,’ Naz Farrow, CG’s Chief Executive Officer, said. ‘The safe-travel program undertaken by CG Atlantic is a natural extension of our people-first practices and we are very proud of the work they are doing.’
“CG Atlantic’s program is a key addition to the safe-travel regime the Bahamas Government has put in place to ensure the safety of its people, its visitors and the health of its economy.
“Our CG Atlantic colleagues will continue to work with The Bahamas Government and the Ministry of Tourism to provide protection and support for tourists should the need arise,’ Ms. Farrow said.
“The Bahamas Government can be confident that this program will protect its tourists and the Bahamian people while helping to build and sustain its tourism economy.’
