Police Officers Recognised For Good Work
The Bermuda Police Service recently recognised seven officers for helping to their work, with each officer receiving an official Letter of Good Work from the Commissioner.
The Bermuda Police Service posted the photos online below, and said, “Commissioner of Police Darrin Simons and his Bermuda Police Service [BPS] Senior Leadership Team take every opportunity to salute good work by BPS officers.
“Accordingly this morning, Acting Deputy Commissioner Na’imah Astwood officially recognised 7 officers for helping to make Bermuda safer.
“Acting Sergeant Christopher Rodrigues, as well as Constables Gregory Stienlet, Christopher Regan and David McHugh [unable to attend] were recognised for their roles in pursuing and apprehending two suspects on a stolen motorcycle Friday, 21st October 2022. Thanks to their efforts, the stolen motorcycle was also recovered.
“Sergeant Tiffany Caisey was highlighted by the Director of Public Prosecutions, Ms. Cindy Clarke, for her continued professionalism in submitting files to the Department of Public Prosecutions.
“Inspectors Kenten Trott and Shakisha Minors [unable to attend] were acknowledged for their ongoing effective leadership regarding road sobriety checkpoints.
“Along with well-earned kudos, each officer received an official Letter of Good Work from the Commissioner.”
