Video: Sunday Dec 22nd “Good News” Spotlight
News that Jutorre Burgess scored for Harborough, the Mid Ocean Ladies raised $10,000 for SCARS, and the SPCA’s ‘Paws to the Park’ event raised $4,876 were all some of the positive highlights from the past week.
In other good news, gymnast Aria Divine won medals in the UK, Kennette Burgess was named a winner of the 2024 Winston Under 40 Leadership Award, the BMA Gift Drive spread holiday cheer to families, Bermuda was crowned champion of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Americas Sub Regional Qualifier, and Chris Regan and Lonnie Bascome won medals at the World IBJJF Jui-Jitsu No-Gi Championship in Las Vegas.
