Ministry: ‘Driver Will Be Reinstated After Drug Test’
The Ministry of Transport released a statement this afternoon [Aug.11] saying the suspended bus driver will be reinstated once she takes a drug test. A female bus driver has been suspended for seven weeks after refusing to take a drug test after an accident which saw a passenger’s hand injured in June. BIU Gives 24 Hr Notice To Reinstate Bus Driver
BIU President Chris Furbert said this morning [Aug.11] that the BIU gave the Ministry 24 hours to reinstate a bus driver who is suspended following an accident seven weeks ago.
