Minister To Assist CADA With Annual Tag Day
CADA, encouraging responsible alcohol behavior, today announced they will host their annual tag day on Thursday, April 5, 2012. The event is part of their Alcohol Awareness Month activities.
CADA Chairman Anthony Santucci said, “Each year, CADA holds its annual tag day the day before Good Friday. We are grateful to the volunteers who helped to coordinate this year’s event together with the volunteers who donate their time to collect donations.
“Our volunteer tagger ranks have been joined by Attorney General and Minister for Justice, Senator Kim Wilson. Minister Wilson agreed to tag on CADA’s behalf as we celebrate Alcohol Awareness Month.
“This is the first time the Minister has provided support during our fundraising efforts and we look forward to working with Minister Wilson, and indeed any member of the public who may have an hour to assist CADA on Thursday, we may be reached at 295 5982.”
Mr. Santucci concluded, “We have a number of activities planned throughout April, including an open house at CADA’s offices on Wednesday April 11, starting at 3:00pm. We invite the general public to stop by and learn about CADA’s programs. I encourage everyone to visit our website for details of other activities taking place throughout the month.”
