Adam Scott Wins PGA Grand Slam Of Golf

Adam Scott has won the 2013 PGA Grand Slam setting a tournament course record in Bermuda with a 64 while playing at the Port Royal Golf Course.

 

The 2013 Masters Champion — who receives $600,000 for his win — was joined by Justin Rose, the 2013 U.S. Open Champion, Jason Dufner, the 2013 PGA Champion and Padraig Harrington, the 2012 PGA Grand Slam of Golf Champion in the 36-hole tournament.

Scott was trailing in third after the first day of play yesterday with Justin Rose grabbing a 2-stroke lead after the opening round. Jason Dufner carded a 2-under 69while defending champion Padraig Harrington stumbled to a 3-over 74.

Chelsea the Octopus — a resident of the Bermuda Aquarium Museum and Zoo — must have seen into the future when it earlier predicted that Adam Scott will win the 2013 PGA Grand Slam.
