Free Red Laser Golf Clinic For Adults & Children
Port Royal Golf Developmental Program is getting set to offer a free Red Laser Golf Clinic for adults and children at 3.00pm on Sunday, July 24 at Port Royal Golf Course.
A spokesperson said, “Golf is a game ideally suited for the family, hence we invite families to stop by Port Royal and experience the game. The clinic will be conducted by former PGA European Tour player Kim Swan, Teaching Golf Professional at the Port Royal Golf Course’s Developmental Program.
“We are pleased to announce that the Free Golf Clinic for adults with juniors at Port Royal Golf Course will be held in conjunction with the Next Red Laser Developmental Golf Tournament, scheduled for Sunday July 24th at 2.00pm.
“The Tournament format will be Captains Choice/Scramble in teams of four. The entry fee of $75 includes cart/fee/food and Red Laser sponsored prizes. Enter by email at kimswangolf@gmail.com.
“The Red Laser Golf Outreach Developmental Tournament is a part of the Port Royal Golf Developmental Program which is aimed at providing inspiring golf instruction/coaching and to introduce new golfers to the game of golf – through golf coaching, on course golf sessions, tournament play and by meeting new people via social interaction.
“We are always encouraging parents to participate with their children/junior golfers – an experience that helps teach them about golf and golf etiquette in a relaxed, fun atmosphere in the company of adult golfers.
“Week two of the Red Laser Junior Golf Outreach continues July 18 to 22 with weeks 3,4 and 5 scheduled to take place between August 1 to 19. People interested in the August sessions should email kimswangolf@gmail.com.”
