The Sandy’s Parish Council hosted a Keep Bermuda Beautiful Coastal Cleanup this weekend at Mangrove Bay in the west end, with a number of enthusiastic volunteers, including area MPs Minister Kim Wilson and Jamahl Simmons, helping to clean up the shoreline area.

Thank you to the Sandys Parish Council, area MPs Minister Kim Wilson and Jamahl Simmons, and all the volunteers who helped at Mangrove Bay Beach — with special thanks to Kemda Bean for organizing and leading the team in this location! Well done everyone! It is great to see so many participants take an active role in cleaning up our beaches and shoreline. On behalf of Keep Bermuda Beautiful, I want to thank this team for taking part in our annual Bermuda Coastal Cleanup. We had 32 teams out across the Island!
