Trott Wins Long Jump At UNCW Invitational
Alexis Trott and her Towson University Women’s Track and Field teammates began their 2021 campaign at the UNCW Invitational at the Greene Track & Field Complex this weekend in North Carolina.
Trott won the women’s long jump with a top leap of 5.37m.
Head Coach Mike Jackson said, “Today was a blessing to return to outdoor track since 2019, our team has been quite resilient and deserves this opportunity. We made the most of it. We had seven event winners and several personal bests. We set the foundation for the season today.”
