Video: Sunday June 19th ‘Good News’ Spotlight
Clipper yachts arriving in Bermuda, students graduating from C.A.R.E. Learning Centre, Dejon Simmons earning the Community Involvement Award, Clarien Bank donating to nine local charities, and Carey Olsen promoting Kyle Masters, Sam Stevens, Jay Webster, and Michelle Falcucci were all some of the positive news stories from the past week.
In additional good news, Jessica Lewis was appointed to the WindReach Board, Concacaf named Dante Leverock’s goal one of top five moments, and Molly Burgess was congratulated for 51 years with the Bermuda Industrial Union.
Other good news stories included Rockal Evans winning in Australia, archers claiming wins in the Belgium Icenation Shoot, Jessica Lewis winning the 800m at the Open Paris Track Meet, and Stacey Evans earning the Public Service Excellence Award for May.
