Brianna Ray Helps South Perth Earn Victory
Bermudian cricketer Brianna Ray helped South Perth Women earn their first victory of the season with a three-wicket win over Melville at Richardson Park.
Melville won the toss and elected to bat, posting 189 runs off 44.2 overs.
Ray took two wickets for 28 runs from her 5.2 overs and also took two catches.
In reply, South Perth chased down the target with three wickets to spare, reaching 192 for seven in 41.3 overs.
Ray was at the crease when the winning runs were scored, finishing with four off eight balls.
