West End Primary School will be hosting their first “Christmas Mall” on December 15th, 2012, and they are seeking vendors who will offer fine crafts, clothes and other goods that will complete the Christmas mall atmosphere they are looking to create.
The Christmas Mall will be on December 15th, 2012 at West End Primary School from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. If weather permits, the event will be held outdoors; if not the inside of the school will be utilized.
“We plan on having a DJ, A Children’s corner and other activities. We will also be advertising heavily using the newspaper, social media, and maybe even the radio.
“Booth space is a 6 foot table and 1 chair will be provided. Vendors are allowed additional prep area directly behind your booth. You are responsible for any lighting, signs, and booth materials needed.
“Booth fees include: one 6 ft table, one chair and an advertisement on the event flyer. Booth fees are $40. Charities and schools who are interested in participating in the event can contact us at email@example.com to get the discounted rates. If you require electricity, please let us know and we can work together to ensure you have the electricity that you require.
