North Carolina School Hires Roy-Allan Burch
Lake Norman Charter School has announced that it has hired Bermudian Roy-Allan Burch to serve as its swimming team’s head coach. Burch is one of Bermuda’s top swimmers, having set multiple Bermuda National Records and represented the island at two Olympic Games.
Lake Norman Charter School — a 5th to 12th grade college preparatory charter school located in North Carolina — made the announcement on Twitter, saying, “We are pleased to announce the hiring of former Olympian Roy Burch to serve as Varsity Swim Head [Boys & Girls] Head Coach. #LNCPride.”
