Ball Hockey: Frontier & Water Hazard Win
A 10 goal double-header took place at the PCC Hockey Rink in the latest round of Bermuda Ball Hockey action.
BDA Spirits 1 Frontier 4
In the opener, Frontier defeated the BDA Spirits 4 – 1.
After a scoreless first period, Frontier jumped out to a 2 – 0 lead in the second period as Jeremy Estey, and Tom Miller scored for Frontier.
The third period saw three goals scored, with Frontier getting strikes from Miller and Matthew Benson, while Ross Rufiange scored the lone goal for BDA Spirits.
Spine and Sport 0 Water Hazard 5
In the nightcap, the Water Hazard defeated Spine and Sport 5 – 0.
All five goals came in the first period as Shane Matchett scored a hat-trick, while Michael Travis and Tanner Redden added a goal each.
