Medical Emergency On Board Delta Flight 561
Emergency services responded to a medical emergency on board a scheduled arriving Delta flight this afternoon [April 8] where a passenger was transferred to an awaiting ambulance and transported to hospital.
A police spokesperson said, “At approximately 1.00pm today [April 8] police recieved notification of a medical emergency on board Delta flight 561.
“It was reported that a male passenger was suffering from a heart condition. The flight was a routed flight to Bermuda – not a diversion – the plane landed at 1:20pm without incident.
“The man was taken to the hospital via ambulance and is being treated for his condition.”
The patient will be well attended at KEMH. Lucky this is where he was enroute to…………………
