Conyers Welcomes Four Bermudian Associates
Conyers announced the expansion of its Bermuda Corporate practice with the addition of four Bermudian associates: Evin Mosley, Lauren Thorburn, Kyra Dunstan, and Ryann Hollis.

“Evin Mosley joins Conyers after working in another Bermuda law firm. He brings expertise in corporate and commercial law with a focus on securitisations, re-domiciliations, cross-border corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and shipping. Evin also advises on compliance with Bermuda’s Economic Substance requirements.

“Lauren Thorburn, who is the spouse of a Bermudian, brings international corporate experience having previously worked for law firms in Canada. Her practice includes all aspects of Bermuda regulatory law, including data privacy, corporate governance, economic substance, regulatory compliance, policies and procedures, and AML/ATF and sanctions.
“Before working in Bermuda, Lauren trained and gained valuable post-qualification experience from Mosher Chedore, an independent law office in New Brunswick, Canada. Prior to joining Conyers Lauren practiced as a specialist regulatory lawyer at another firm in Bermuda.
“Kyra Dunstan specialises in Bermuda corporate and commercial law with expertise in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, insurance law and regulation, and other regulatory and compliance matters. Prior to joining Conyers, Kyra practiced at another Bermuda law firm.
“Ryann Hollis is the newest addition to the team, joining from another Bermuda law firm. Ryan’s practice includes all aspects of Bermuda corporate and commercial law, with a focus on the insurance sector.”
