Video: Sunday April 27th “Good News” Spotlight
News that Dayvon Tucker and Vaughn Davis earned the Public Service Excellence Award, the Bermuda College Foundation opened the new Butterfield & Vallis Conference Centre, and Buy Back Bermuda announced the opening of High Point Nature Reserve were some of the positive news stories from the past week.
In additional good news, Tatiana Sousa won silver in the U17 javelin, Ryan Outerbridge was named Track Athlete of the Week, Thomas Cechini secured medals at the Carifta Games, Mia Fishel scored for Chelsea, and Auto Solutions’ David Furtado and Esther Bascome became Suzuki’s top regional service advisors in Q4 2024. 1
Other good news stories included Rotary leaders celebrating youth in Bermuda, footballer Jutorre Burgess winning Harborough Town first team’s Young Player of the Season award, and footballer Kane Crichlow winning three awards at the Chelmsford City end-of-season awards.
