Yesterday’s Shooting Victim: Second Time Shot
For the second time in recent months, a shooting victim is recovering in hospital after being shot for the second time. 24-year-old Prince Edness was shot yesterday morning [Aug 6] in the Elliott/Court Street area. This is the second time Mr. Edness has been shot, with the first time being two years, also in August, only a few yards away from where he was shot yesterday.
No one has been charged with his 2008 shooting, and it is unclear at this time whether Police have made an arrest in yesterday’s incident which has left Mr Edness recuperating from his injuries in King Edward Memorial Hospital.
This is the second time in recent months we have seen someone shot after previously suffering gunshot wounds. Jakai Harford, who was shot while sitting in a taxi outside his home on March 27th of this year, had been shot before over the Christmas of 2007. No one has been charged with either of Mr Harford’s shootings to date.

There is a hell of a lot of money involved here that supports the lifestyle of many Bermudians.
There is a clash here of cultures, backgrounds, influence, heritage, black/white.
The big boys are using these wanna bee’s.
They could care less. You know whom they are. Check their houses, their rides, their boats, their often trips, their ‘geeve arrybuddy ah drink’ and their parties, and their tabs at resturants………………..

Well….three strikes and your out………….Seems to be a trend. One of the recent deaths was shot before…..
