Video: Sunday Nov 13th ‘Good News’ Spotlight
News that Dame Flora Duffy won the World Triathlon Series Bermuda, Par 5 Golf Club Bermuda golf tournament donated $5,000 to Family Centre, Tashae Trott was called to the Bermuda Bar, Hamilton Princess promoted Troy Glasgow, and Swan’s Running Club donated to St. John’s Ambulance were all some of the positive news stories from the past week.
In additional good news, Garon Wilkinson earned black belt in Kickboxing, Casey Truran won Class at IHSA Region 5 Zone 5 Horse Show event, Jaden Malpas helped Bournemouth University win, Daniel Phillips advances in Lexington South Carolina ITF J4 Tennis Tournament, and Daniel Augustus finished T2nd on Moonlight Golf Tour.
Other good news stories included the Royal Bermuda Regiment Association donated $1,000 to the Bermuda Legion, the 2022 Outstanding Teacher Award finalists were named, and Daniel Phillips won a singles and doubles titles.
