News that Bermudian model Kyra-Jaye Hinds was featured by two British brands, Daniel Phillips won the Bayamón Puerto Rico Tennis Bowl Championship, over $2,000 was raised for PALS by the Bermuda Weekenders, Appleby welcomed Ojeda Smith, and Casey Truran was declared the 2021/2022 Reserve Champion were all some of the positive news stories from the past week.
In additional good news, the BFA announced the One Team Initiative, Oliver Betschart finished 2nd in Texas, 12,500 ‘likes’ on Twitter for Bermudian cricketer Dwayne “Sluggo” Leverock’s catch, Bosom Buddies raise funds for PALS charity, Hamilton Princess donated laptops to Sandys School, City to waive busker fee again this year, and Inanna Cannonier-Watson & Evie Hook being featured on the cover of TéenCruze Magazine
