News that Somerset agreed to take part in Cup Match, Disney Cruise Line will visit the Island in 2022, a new eatery ‘Fire and Slice’ has opened, the Continental Society of Bermuda donated hampers to 22 families, and Ocean View Golf Club unveiled their logo were all some of the positive news stories from the past week.
In additional good news, seven people honoured on 40th anniversary of the launch of the Anti-Apartheid Movement in Bermuda, Madelyn Moore claimed a gold medal and broke a CCCAN record, Bermuda swimmers won 10 medals in Bahamas, and Zeiko Lewis’ goal was nominated for USL Championship Fans’ Choice Goal of the Week.
We also posted various community photo galleries, including coverage of the CG Insurance Bermuda National Time Trial Open Cycling Championship, the 205-foot long super-yacht Lucky Lady recently visited the island, and Bermuda Triathlon Association hosted a Junior and World Triathlon Qualifier.
